Whilst we hold a significant stock, some pieces are made to order. We would be grateful if you would therefore allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. If you need the items urgently, please let us know and we will make sure you have them by the date required.

Since all jewelry items are unique in design and are hand selected exclusively
for our customers, kindly be informed that we will not be able to refund or
exchange any online sales under any circumstance.
Shipping
It is a secure, reliable and fully insured method of sending. Overseas shipping is done using the Royal Mail's 'International Signed For' service. Where the insurance cover for a particular destination is insufficient, the parcel is covered by our own insurance whilst in transit.
Where necessary, we use an international courier to carry high value items to countries with less reliable postal services, again with full insurance cover.
